We have 3 bone types:
· Full Foam – dense polyurethane through out, Uses include: Exfix, Extremity Plating, Robotic Arthroplasty
· Cortical Cancellous – dense polyurethane cortical shell, with softer cancellous foam center for more realistic tactical feedback during demonstrations, uses include: Nailing, Reaming, Fracture Plating.
· Acrylic – created for optical office and sales models, uses include: Patient Demos, Product Sales Demos
· Radiopaque - Provides the user the a better experience when using fluoroscopy.

Stocked – Ships within 24 Hours via FEDEX ground from Chicago, IL.
On Demand – Once the payment is processed on the website, the order is sent to manufacturing and will be ready to ship in 30 to 35 days.
Custom – Typically 30 to 35 days upon design approval from the customer.

Yes. Typically custom projects require a minimum of 40 units. It really depends on the nature of the product in terms of complexity and material used. Give us a call to discuss.

· Yes. We ship all orders via FEDEX Ground.
· We can use a customers FEDEX or UPS account upon request.
· We also offer expedited shipping if required by the customer.

· All orders are final.
· If an item is damaged during shipping it will be refunded or replaced at our cost.
